Dejan’s Serbian Food Truck is the new taste sensation coming soon to Lawrenceville, Georgia, bringing traditional Serbian and Balkan classics to your neighborhood. Founded by Chris Stoecker, our mission is to introduce the region’s iconic flavors—from savory ćevapi and pljeskavica to delicious baklava—to local food lovers, all from a convenient food truck.
As a brand-new business, we are dedicated to quality, authenticity, and hospitality. We’re seeking support to acquire our first food truck and kickstart a culinary journey that connects the community while celebrating the rich traditions of Serbian cooking. Our Serbian & Balkan Offerings
Enjoy a variety of authentic Serbian and Balkan specialties prepared fresh. We offer grilled meats, savory pastries, classic sides, and sweet desserts—all with true Eastern European spirit.
Ćevapi (Grilled Sausage)
Mini Balkan sausages made from seasoned meats, grilled to perfection and served with warm somun bread and chopped onions for a traditional touch.
Burek (Savory Pastry)
